Tax Forms
The Tuttle Library is providing tax forms free of charge to community members. We do not have paper forms but we can print almost any form by request. Exceptions are Oklahoma State Tax forms, which must be filled out online, and instruction booklets. Public access computers are available for viewing instruction booklets, filling out online-only forms, and filing taxes.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance in filling out a tax form or give advice about taxes, but we can direct you to many helpful resources.

Note: Forms 1099, 1096, 1098, 5498, and W-2 cannot be filed with forms downloaded from the IRS site. To obtain these forms, you will need to call the IRS directly at 1-800-829-3676, purchase them at an office supply store, or order them online at the IRS web site. Help with Filing Taxes
