How to Participate
|
TipsIt's not too early or too late to register! Your child can begin as an infant, toddler, or preschooler. A one-year-old would have to read 5 books per week to reach the goal, and a 4-year-old would have to read 20 books a week. It sounds like a lot, but picture books are quick and easy to read!
Your child does not have to read 1000 unique books. You can repeat books -- repetition helps with learning -- and you can also count books your child hears during Story Time at the library! |
